Your email address and name at purchase, your country, the date, and the serial number we issued to you. Payment details (card numbers etc.) are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and never reach us.
Sending your serial number, update and support emails, and keeping our record of sales. News about future products and development notes are sent only if you opted in at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
SATORI itself never connects to the internet on its own. Only when you press "CHECK FOR UPDATES" does it fetch the latest version number and a short note from our website. That request carries no serial number and no personal data.
Paddle.com for payment processing and Resend for email delivery, each only as far as needed. We never sell or hand your data to anyone else.
We keep purchase records so we can support you and deliver updates. To have your data deleted, email support@folks-instruments.com.
